Whether your project is large or small, if you know exactly what you want or need some guidance, the RHJ Builders process is an efficient way to refine your ideas and work alongside your architect to bring your vision to life. RHJ is a flexible team, they can be involved in the project from the get-go for design and building practicality input, or brought in when you and your architect have refined your plans, whatever works for you.
RHJ’s Registered Quantity Surveyor will conduct a materials and labour take off from your plans to provide a cost estimate before commencing any work. This way all cost estimates are transparent from the beginning of the project. RHJ has a core crew of trusted, qualified sub trade providers, however they are always flexible and willing to work with a client’s chosen subcontractor where required. During your build the RHJ team will provide a detailed monthly report to break down materials, labour and sub trades to clarity on building costs to date.
